All our bagels are handmade and vegan, baked fresh every day just around the corner at Bagelman’s Bond Street bakery using only the finest Shipton Mill flour.
Bagelman’s artisan bagels are made using just six ingredients; flour, water, salt, sugar, yeast & agave syrup mixed to form a heavy dough. They are then hand-rolled, proved, steamed and baked until they are golden brown, just long enough to achieve a perfectly chewy, dense, sweet and delicious bagel.
The now-famous Bagelman menu of filled bagels includes favourites such as the Reuben and the Lox Deluxe, or you can build your own from the extensive range of premium deli-style fillings.
