Bagelman’s artisan bagels are made using just six ingredients; flour, water, salt, sugar, yeast & agave syrup mixed to form a heavy dough. They are then hand-rolled, proved, steamed and baked until they are golden brown, just long enough to achieve a perfectly chewy, dense, sweet and delicious bagel.
