And now we have the results to prove why! In 2016 our staff turnover was typically high for a business like ours. People understandably come and go and so we keep recruiting to replace them. But, this is not great for keeping a team together. During 2017 we revolutionised the way we recruit our people and by the end of the year our staff turnover (thats the number of people who leave Vs the number of people who stay) was down to just 25% from 100% at the beginning of the year. Even better than that, so far in 2018 our ratio looks more like 10%! You can read more here about what we changed and why.
